Uhhhh, Happy Friday? Have you lost your mind yet? Well get ready to! We’ve just been given the “stay at home, unless” suggestion and all businesses not considered “essential” have been closed down. That means everything except grocery stores, banks and drug stores. We are really going to need each other now. Have you downloaded Zoom yet? I am planning virtual Happy Hours with our staff virtually bartending! You can send tips via PayPal or Venmo! Tonight we’re kicking it off with ME behind the virtual stick, serving you sass, savvy and virtual cheer! Any tips will be passed along to staff members, so email me about specific bartenders you’d like to tip! Let’s see….how does 6:00 till 8:00 sound? Uh-oh. My inner hippy is showing!
I found this somewhat reassuring.
I’m a huge do-er and was feeling a panic that I wasn’t already writing that novel. So I drunk-ordered a few jigsaw puzzles. Gonna clean my apartment…eventually. Went for a walk yesterday with NO destination.
I’ve been talking on the phone — and video chat, Luddite that I am! — a LOT!
